Description
My version of the famous Bubbles was inspired after Sir John Everett Millias in pastel on tinted paper, this work is a head and shoulders version rather than full figure of the original, my version also has deeper larger angelic eyes, with a more cherubic feel about it. The work was originally called; A Child's World, and was used as an advertisement for Pear's Soap by Lord Leverhulme and was called Bubbles, the bubbly curly hair and blowing of the soap bubbles fitted it's new title along with the soap. This head and shoulders version of the famous Bubbles would make a lovely framed print. canvas or greeting card, I recommend a gold or brown frame, This is the original work and I have this original work framed in a Dark Brown wooden frame and that is still available but NFS at the moment, only as prints on here. I have made a series of this portrait with digital work, this is the original work and being the original is the first in this series

Very well drawn. Great emotion in the eyes.
Joan-Violet Stretch replied:
Thankyou for that Jeanette, yes there's a lot of emotion there, was so observant of you to see that. :)
