Another view of the lake at Hesketh park during winter at the cusp of autumn at the end of November 2021. It was getting rather cooler and quite dark when I took this shot and the winds were really stirring up it wasnt long before I decided to leave. You wouldnt think by looking at this picture with the blue skies reflecting in the lake with pinkish hues of the coming sunset at dusk. That night was a terrific storm with lashes of rain hail and gale force winds leaving some trees fallen, this went on for a couple of days and savagly lashed the land, especially in Cumbria and Scotland further north.
