Perch Rock lighthouse in New Brighton looks lovely surrounded by the tide lashing along its serene white walls...this is another view I took that day in a horizontal format with a wide angled view. It was a lovely September afternoon as I walked along the beach as the tide was coming in but at a safe distance to not get caught up in those deadly estuaries as the currents swell from the Mersey when it meets Liverpool bay. The breeze smelt divine and fresh of the salt air and it was exhilerating. I dont often see the lighthouse rocks and sandbanks covered by the sea, it looks like an oil painting in this setting somehow as I looked at the view and its vast horizon after viewing my photo of it, a gorgeous tranquil scene, I could watch the sea all day here as its lovely and the bustling city of Liverpool is not far away
