Description
Processed with MOLDIV using font and some colour processing, the wonderful verses in the gospel of Mark when Jesus gathered his apostles to him. The scene in the Bible was of a mountainous country and I thought this photo I took of the Lake District in Cumbria, of Langdale Pike during the autumn, fitted these verses beautifully. I added stars for each apostle as they are mentioned in Revelation as Stars around God's throne, minus Judas Iscariot who was replaced later by Matthias in the Acts of the Apostles chpt 1 verses 21-26. I hope you like my visual interpretation of these verses with the golden sun beaming down and the thunderclouds likened to the activity of the Holy Spirit from God, from the heavens onto the mountain top. A great reminder of the names of the apostles of Jesus and a lovely Wall feature in any decor that has gold, autumn and or neutral tones
