Description
A watercolour portrait I did of Barry Manilow, during 1978 when he first hit the big time with songs like Mandy, Could it be Magic and I made it Through the Rain. I used the scroll style hair that I've come to love doing, using fine brush work with the watercolour in shades of brown, ochres and yellow. In this version I've tempered down the colour giving a watery effect of the portrait, illustrating, in a way, his famous song,
I Made It Through The Rain. This version also makes a fine print on all surfaces and accessories
