Portrait of A Walker Brother Baby Onesie

During the 1960's when everyone was busy listening to Rock and pop music along came the Walker brothers with their intense beautiful ballads and their wonderful harmonies, I was besotted by Scott the lead vocalist's blonde good looks and deep crooning melodious voice and so were a number of others, they were instant chart toppers alongside the Beatles and the Stones, with songs such as The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore and Make it Easy On Yourself. I think this group did the best version of Porgie and Bess's Summertime...and their song No Regrets that was recorded after their split in 1975 was something else. John Walker whose real name was John Maus was just as good looking and taller than Scott, his voice matched well with Scott's in harmonies and he took the lead vocals at times, John died in May 2011 aged 67yrs of liver disease and was performIng right up to March that year in the solid silver 1960's show. I am an artist and photographer I studied art in both Liverpool and Southport, I have works in acrylics, pastel, pencil, pen, ceramics, watercolours and photography, my work varies from portraits to landscapes abstract and still life, in both art and photography. I also use mixed media mixing some of my hand painted and sketched art with digital media and I have floral works in photography and digital designs.
