Description
On 31st January this year was a large moon and it was a red or amber moon and on top of this it was a blue moon meaning the second moon in 1month. I was inspired by this phenomenon to write a poem called Moon Dreams and Place it on my photo of the moon emerging from the mist taken in my garden as I gazed up to the night sky it soon disappeared as it was a misty night the colours I did capture were lovely and I turned up the saturation to get it like this and I am pleased with the results. It's my year for poetry as I write it somewhat easier when I think of a subject it comes out without really trying too hard I've amazed myself with this one written only last night whilst looking at and editing my moon photos.
A copy of my illustrated poem:
Moon Dreams
Moon-beam, shining solitary across the skies.
Moon-dream, I can see it in your eyes.
Blue moon, is In Orangey mist of days ;
Misty moon will you see me through the haze?
Tell me, are you there in sparkling daze?
Through me, I see you counting all my days;
For me the moon is as dreamy as can be,
Moonbeam there's a rarity to see.
In countless days you're beckoning me
Shining as a topaz through all eternity,
With facets of flame, liquid gold from its wane,
Waxing in full glorious spherical fame.
