This photo of Loch Garry at Lochaber was taken whilst visiting Glen Nevis and the Grampian mountain country in Scotland near Fort William during the summer months, it is an amazing landscape view from the viewpoint of the A87 and the most remarkable thing about this famous view is that it closely resembles the map of Scotland...I caught the turbulent currents of the Loch that day and love the results and the clouds in the sky over the mountains are absolutely beautiful, the weather was moody and changeable, adding to the atmosphere of this photograph...this is another shot of this view taken at a wider angle to my previous one everything is the same as the other one I have on here but a wider shot taken, I have other shots of this beautiful natural location I will put those on here in due course
I am an artist and photographer I studied art in both Liverpool and Southport, I have works in acrylics, pastel, pencil, pen, ceramics, watercolours and photography, my work varies from portraits to landscapes abstract and still life, in both art and photography. I also use mixed media mixing some of my hand painted and sketched art with digital media and I have floral works in photography and digital designs. I have had my works at many exhibitions and know some other artists. I live in Southport and most of my work is accomplished there. I also write poetry and illustrate them.
