A dramatic view of picture 10 in my Golden Daffodils series of still life images, as the sun catches the petals whilst in the shadows on my window sill looking out to my garden in the shade, inspired by the techniques of the impressionists an art form I enjoy
About Joan-Violet Stretch
I am an artist and photographer I studied art in both Liverpool and Southport, I have works in acrylics, pastel, pencil, pen, ceramics, watercolours and photography, my work varies from portraits to landscapes abstract and still life, in both art and photography. I also use mixed media mixing some of my hand painted and sketched art with digital media and I have floral works in photography and digital designs. I have had my works at many exhibitions and know some other artists. I live in Southport and most of my work is accomplished there. I also write poetry and illustrate them.
