Description
A loch side view amongst the wooded banks of Loch Lomond inTarbet, a very beautiful place with little streamlets and gravel paths, this was taken in the morning as the mist was rising over the loch and Ben Lomond can be seen through the mist on the other side of the loch with its snow cap through the winter trees, in the early spring during March when the trees were still in their winter foliage in Scotland, as the season's can be quite behind there. This, therefore, can be used as a winter greeting during Xmas and the new year. I used an ink filter added to the silhouette of the trees, textured highlights are showing on the birches in a stitched on effect, this is part of the design and creates an uncanny movement effect in the trees. A lovely scene of the wild woodland along the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond,
