Description
The river Kent originates in hills surrounding Kentmere, and flows for around 20 miles (32 km) into the north of Morecambe Bay. The Lake District National Park includes the upper reaches of the river within its boundaries. The river passes through Kentmere, Staveley, Burneside, Kendal and Sedgwick.here it is flowing through the Kirklands area of Kendal it's a lovely scene as you walk through the parks and museum grounds of Kirkland the river flows through it, this is the Black and white version of my photo
