One of my photos of white blossomed cherry trees that I took in Scotland with a poem inscribed by the famous Russian poet, Sergei Esenin the original Dr Zhivago whose poems of nature and wildlife were pure and sensitive, I love his works on these subjects, from a translation by Jessie Davies of whom I had the pleasure to know in the 1980's and have a signed book translated by her...this is stanza 2 of this series a lovely description of the tree's boughs appropriate to the picture I've chosen, would look good in any decor especially whites and creams
I am an artist and photographer I studied art in both Liverpool and Southport, I have works in acrylics, pastel, pencil, pen, ceramics, watercolours and photography, my work varies from portraits to landscapes abstract and still life, in both art and photography. I also use mixed media mixing some of my hand painted and sketched art with digital media and I have floral works in photography and digital designs. I have had my works at many exhibitions and know some other artists. I live in Southport and most of my work is accomplished there. I also write poetry and illustrate them.
