Description
The Manor House courtyards beyond the stables leading to the morning room and kitchens at Dunhame Massey in Cheshire laden with meadow and climbing flowers looking quite haunting in the shadows of the main house is there a haunting there maybe as I sensed her presence as I walked around here last week, there was a slight breeze and a rustling of the trees, did I hear a whisper?
The door beyond the garden is the entrance to the kitchen and also the exit from the main drawing room and morning rooms into the garden just as seen in the BBC adaption of Pride and Prejudice, in the scene were Elizabeth was confronted by Lady Catherine De Burgh about a her anger to a suggested engagement to Mr Darcy; did they use this location.
