Description
A lovely scene on one of Scotland's beautiful islands, Seil Island, this island is unique as it has an estuary from the Atlantic Ocean its the first point of the Atlantic from Britain and has a small bridge joining it to the mainland, called by many, the Bridge over the Atlantic. The Isle of Seil lies some 12 miles south of Oban. The island's main village, Ellenabeich, pictured, comprises neat white terraces of cottages crouching below a cliff face. I love this photo it was a perfect summers day with blue skies and gorgeous white fluffy clouds with its gorgeous shingles crunching under my sandalled feet a superb island coastal region.

What a wonderful image of these cottages by the sea, Joan-Violet. Love the way they are framed top and bottom by rocks. f/l
