Description
The original portrait I did of Richard Burton as Mark Antony from the Hollywood film Cleopatra starring Elizabeth Taylor and himself, this is when the legendary pair first got together as a couple as they portrayed this historical couple from Egypt, Rome and Shakespeare. I sketched him in charcoal and blue pastel highlighted with white chalk on tinted textured paper resulting in a selective colour splash picture in impressionist style art and an inspiration of both the actor Richard Burton and the film Cleopatra. Looks great as a print on any surface also the tee shirts and phone cases
