Description
A Hydrangea bush in the garden coming into full blossom from its first flowers of green developing into mauve and blues looks lovely during July and throughout August it blossoms and then dies off at the end of September into October. Pruning is best in the spring when the dead flowers hang drooped down over winter, if pruned too soon the plant can get frost bitten and die. I always prune mine at the end of March cutting up to the strongest new shoot and then they blossom beautifully throughout the summer, a beautiful sight to behold
