This Lambanana is very close to the Ferry terminus at Pier Head and there is a Ferry right by it, I do believe it has something to do with The Royal Iris, it looks like a blackboard style with chalk drawings and even includes a dragon, it's a beautiful summers day and a lovely view of the Wirral is in view across the River Mersey
