A raincoat is an essential accessory to wear in Paris, the weather compliments it wearing it over a suit as in my picture saying; what's the weather like in Paris?
Well it's sunny, it's windy and its raining a lot, as the words say, this is what is mostly the weather throughout the spring in May through to June when the blossoms are on the trees when the sun is shining and the breeze blows through your hair as the rain falls. The reflections on the streets in Paris are classic to famous impressionists works of art as are people with umbrellas and raincoats they are a part of Paris in springtime, so therefore, traditionally as well as practical, the raincoat is essentially necessary to wear in Paris.
