Discussions and threads

I've written this out on a discussion board about "Do you find long Discussion threads a Turn Off?"...this was my answer I then decided to copy paste and blog it as its all true and it did happen to me and this is how I feel as a human being come artist not as a clone that follows the crowd:

Yes is my answer as I can't stand a discussion that goes on forever and ever amen lol, most come to no reasonable conclusion, as for promoting art work discussions I can't stand big skips, they always crash on me, and those discussions you can't access through reply drive me spare as they don't really have it set up properly especially if you can't find the group they run on their page under groups, I don't like people plugging their health probs with their pictures on a thread to get people interested in their pictures it's an art forum not a health manual, can't stand looking at everyone's pictures on a thread got no time for that I need my time to see to my own stuff, I don't see the point of promoting other people's work I don't even know, I need my resources to plug myself in out there. you live and learn I promoted someone's work that turned out to be fake, that was such an embarrassment to me I was gobsmacked when it was reported that a so called photographer was using stock works on file that I was retweeting and voting for in contests, I like to be reserved really as an artist and that's how I am, if I promote or comment they have to really impress me and I need to trust that the work is theirs, also pin interest is a site were people copy our work, not purchase it, I refuse to put anyone else's work on there as I was told by them that it ws reported that work I promoted had been copied, also I won't promote work that has nudity in its galleries even tho the work ive promoted is a piece that is not nudity from these galleries as my wi fi and browser was blocked because someone reported nudity in my links...I had a fine old time sorting that one out, ironic as I don't and won't do any thing like that in any way in my art, I had to write to head office here about it to get it sorted. I find in public exposure and promotions to SM sites the innocent always get smacked in the face and the guilty go on smiling and getting away with it..end of discussion I've just had a rant, got it off my chest lol

To add to this why do we have to put up with all the work people we've been in contact with their promotion of others in the activity forum on our profile page when the same face appears a trillion times promoting someone else's work it drives me bonkers to see it and hey hell! how do I get rid of that blinking face on my activity centre?...This is another discussion blog on this subject also discussed will be on.FineArtAmerica charge too much for their services for cards giclee prints or not, the buying in bulk cheaper prices should be available for cards and mixed cards should be available I could go on...end of blog :) picture is one of my most viewed New Year Greetings used as cards
